The Chargers trade

Minkah Fitzpatrick 4.11mil (2021-2022) increase to 6.51 (2023-2026)

for

Chiefs trade

2021 2.20

2022 1st rounder (KC)

2022 3rd rounder (LAR)

Making this trade for the Chargers frees up some cap while gaining some draft assets. Hate to see Fitzpatrick go and will be tougher to have to face him during the season. But this was a pure business descision. Thanks Chiefs for a smooth trade

Chiefs take advantage of the draft capital we have acquired. I like Fitzpatrick a lot and his contract is very nice here. The draft capital is tough to lose but some players are worth trading picks for.
