Raiders accept this trade, giving up some picks to get more picks in the inaugural draft. I like a lot of the players and will look for value late in the draft to fill my roster.

Jaguars accept, I'm high on about 185 players left and this gets me 3 more of them and two rookies next year. I give up my late inaugural picks but I will look to free agency to fill the spots left on my them being gone.

So the raiders will go to the later inaugural draft to fill out the roster, rather than the draft.

The jags, will trade picks at the end of the draft for earlier round draft picks to complement the rookie picks he is hoarding.
