Atlanta and Dallas have agreed to the following trade:
Atlanta sends:
1.06 (Rams pick) (Falcons cover 1st year salary) 1.13 (WAS pick) (Falcons cover 1st year salary) 2.15 (IND pick) 2.28 (NOS pick)
Dallas sends:
RB Gibson 1.2m (2023) RB Patterson 1.4m (2025) WR Audin Tate 3.5m (2025) TE J. Smith 12m (2025) DT D. Onyemata 8.7m (2022) DT Brent Urban .75m (2024) LB Kyle Van Noy 12.8m (2023) 2022 3rd MIA
Cap difference + / -
+ 52.55m gain total Dallas (includes picks 1.06 and 1.13 salary for 1st year)
Atlanta accepts with post. The goal for us has been trying to acquire some offense this off season. For us, this deal is all about getting Gibson and Patterson. We take on a lot of cap and hope some of these guys can be serviceable for us. Thanks Dallas for the back and forth negotiations.

Dallas accepts. Losing Gibson creates a problem but fixes two. This trade more than replenishes much needed draft picks and offers both short- and long-term cap relief. We can now move toward our goal of replacing starters lost to FA and adding high quality depth to multiple positions. Thank you again Atlanta for the solid talks.
